SUNDAY - KENTLAND ---INTO THE NIGHT

Battalion Viewers and Members,

This Sunday we will continue with the first 24 hour tour with the Kentland Volunteers.

The big thing for us while filming in Kentland, our first all volunteer fire company; is that firefighters come and go and I can't keep track of who's on what. One guy might be there for four hours and another guy comes in at 11:00 P.M. and leaves at 4:00 A.M. so when I look at footage I say; who was that guy...

So when it comes to editing Kentland it's a bit of a mind ----.

We are thinking of moving to Friday or Monday nights at the same time; what do you think? ...Read more

BURNED DC FIRE OFFICER TO RETURN TO FULL DUTY!

This picture is of DC Fire & EMS Sgt. Michael LaCore on December 12 as he drove Engine 6 home from the MedStar Burn Unit of the Washington Hospital Center after an almost 6 week hospitalization. The evening he returned, Sgt. LaCore vowed to return to full firefighting duties. According to Dave STATter 911, that will happen on tomorrow.
Sgt. LaCore is scheduled to work at Engine 9 on Friday at the firehouse in the 1600 block of U Street, NW. ...Read more

We have been getting emails from first responders wanting our series on DVD; we have been thinking about selling them. It will come with five webisodes on a DVD; that's all we can fit.

This Sunday we will continue the first twenty-four hour tour with Engine 10 / Truck 13, as they head into the night.

Would you like to see us on Cable Network Television???

And yes, our internet series will continue.

We really need your help.

We have had two meetings with a television cable network in the last two weeks; I won't name names...

One Executive said; If you can show us you have a half-a-million viewers, you'd have something to talk about.

Battalion Viewers,

This Sunday, June 8th, at 7:00 PST; will be the first webisode with the Kentland Fire Company.

On Sunday, June 15th, at 7:00 PST, will be 24 hours with Washington D.C. Fire and EMS with Engine 10-Truck 13, where we will catch up with Platoon #4 on their 24 hr tour.
