Tonight - Engine 6 and Truck 4 saves a home - - - A great tool for the Box
Tulefog — Fri, 10/31/2008 - 14:54
Battalion Viewers,
Tonight we will feature the crews from Enging 6 and Truck 4 at a fire near downtown D.C. and for me I really like this webisode.
It was the first time I was on scene with and engine and truck company from the same house and it's guys that I really respect and enjoy filming.
Not all firefighters want to be on camera. In fact, most do not. These guys don't like to be on camera at all but do allow me into their fire house with open arms of friendship and I so appreciate it. ...Read more

Dear viewers,
We are currently filming in on the East Coast so I am not at our studio. Once again we have changed editors and the re-cut of Kentland Webisode #10 is not as good as it can be so I have made the decision from here in Washington D.C. to not put it up on our site until I return to the West Coast and can be there for the re-edit.
We are filming at new locations in Prince George's County with Clinton Marylands Engine 25 and we caught a fire last night; it was a good one. ...Read more

This is not a big fire show but this is one of my favorites; the real job of helping people. What I saw here with this firefighter Thomas at 52 becoming a firefighter was very inspiring.
The medical call I was on with the man who had Diabetes... Their are a lot of folks out there that want a free ride to the hospital and want pity; not this guy. Here was a man who really wanted his dignity and the crew from Engine 26 stayed there and helped and monitored this man until he was healthy to be on his own, a truly great call. ...Read more

Southern California is once again a blaze and much needed resources have arrived. The wind is fierce as usual this time of year and the citizens are evacuating their homes as I type.
I have received a bunch of emails as to if we will be filming here since our office is here; we will not. This morning I left a message for a Battalion Chief whom I have spoken with before and whom is trying to be of help; I know he must be very busy on the line but that was all I could do to see if I could get access today...it is difficult to watch it on television and not be filming. ...Read more

This weeks webisode will be with the Kentland Fire Company as they assist Prince George's County volunteer fire companies on scene of the Haunted House fire.

No, their is no change in schedule...YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE...
This time it's out of our hands but it will be here soon.
We expect you next webisode to be availible by 7:00... I know, what a pain...
We are in development of a automated system so as the shows will always be on time...we hate to automate but it seems it may be the only way...
This may take a few months to design so please hang in there... The good thing; they are always there after their first release...
Be safe. DRF
