Dear Battalion Viewers,
Tonight, at 7:00PM PST; we will Premiere our new series with Central Pierce Fire & Rescue from the State of Washington, our first series from the Northwest.
This Department is very different than where I have filmed before.
You will learn how they started with one-man Engine Companies. I witnessed them putting out an attic fire and did not use a drop of water…I was very impressed. The residents were able to return to their home after mop-up.
This Department is really about patient care and just taking care of its citizens in general. They are even nice when they have to open a vehicle for someone who left their keys in their car…they do it with a smile…
Fridays will be the new night and 7:00 will be the time for our weekly series from now on.
Working weekends has really taken a toll on our staff; it’s not time for us to have the weekend off…
