On this "Women on the Watch" we are with a probationary firefighter and the rest of her crew as they gather at the training tower at the Division of Training for training in high rise fires. These drills include ladder raising the World Famous all-wood Sixty-Foot Ladders that take Six People safely lift. They then run some hose drills in the tower. In the afternoon they meet up with their Battalion at the Treasure Island Training Ground and Academy for more training, some with Live Fire.
